THE AGE OF ADALINE (2015)

A film that is part romance, science fiction and fantasy that was brought together with a wholly believable script by J. Mills Goodloe and Salvatore Paskowitz and a wonderful lead performance by Blake Lively. Normally I would not buy a story this far fetched, but it is so well rendered in it’s writing and acting that I fully believed what was happening on screen. I should also mention that the performances by Michiel Huisman, Harrison Ford and the wonderful Ellen Burstyn only added to the richness of the story directed by Lee Toland Krieger.
